On Art - Street Art - Ransom Riggs (Sun 30 May 2010)

Street Art - Chippen Lane #1 / Chippendale (Tue 02 Jun 2015)

Ransom Riggs on Art and Street Art:

[Art can be] what’s painted on the outside of the museum wall that reflects what [we] - at least the ones wielding cans of spray-paint - are thinking now.

On Remembering the Value of Hard - Spencer Lum / Ground Glass (Fri 18 May 2012)

Stencil - Boy with Game Console - Mitchell Road / Alexandria (Sun 15 Apr 2012)

Spencer Lum (*) writes (*) ..
we’re so used to wanting everything easy, we forget the real value of hard [trying]. We’re so used to caring about the result, we forget the value of the process. Feeling good is more valuable than being good.

The above if from an article in todays Sydney Morning Herald. Seems like someone has gone a bit too far. Nice to know the terminology. Have seen it all, plus more.

The following is a screenshot of the Acid Midget blog found from a comment to the We Are Raw Meat Post (Thanks Charlotte).
