Kirk Tuck (*) writes in Reaching back Thirty Three Years [..] (*)
I like to go back to stuff I did a long time ago and see how it compares to the stuff I'm doing now.I know what Kirk means. I look back to these photos and I wonder whether I have really made any progress. In the end I think I have. I have learnt a lot about the medium of photography and it's history. So for that I am grateful.
In many instances I'm disappointed with what I'm doing now when I see the images I made when I was [..] very new to the field of photography.
